Our Mission is to enhance and support the educational experience at St. Bartholomew School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement and to improve the environment at St. Bartholomew through volunteer and financial support.
PARENT CLUB
For more than 20 years, the Parent Club remains a vital and contributing organization within the school community. The students of St. Bartholomew School are the focus of the Parent Club in the activities planned and supervised: assemblies, receptions, socials, open gym, dances, and more. The funds to support all of the programs sponsored by the Parent Club are obtained from membership dues, monthly pizza/taco/hot dog days, and parent socials.
In addition to student functions, the Parent Club assists the school in the purchase of needed equipment---the PA system, library chairs, computer tables and chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other school-related items.
All parents/guardians are encouraged to become members of the Parent Club.
Membership dues are $5 per child with a maximum of $15 per family.
Parent Club is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to sponsoring family oriented school events aimed at creating a sense of community and enhancing each student's overall St. Bartholomew experience. Our members consist of an elected board, spiritual director, faculty and any St. Bartholomew parent wishing to become a member.
Why should I support Parent Club?
Throughout the school year, Parent Club sponsors fun-filled events such as movie nights, Halloween Parties, Confirmation and First Communion receptions, Breakfast with Santa, and much more, all at no or minimal cost to our parents. Also, at the end of each school year, we make a monetary donation to help defray the cost of school improvement projects. We raise the majority of the monies to pay for these events by sponsoring special lunches and through our annual donation drive.
