The St. Bartholomew School Board is composed of parents and parishioners who work with the principal and the pastor to help provide the best education possible to the children of St. Bartholomew School. Meetings are usually held the second Monday of each month at 7:30 in the Parish Center, and are open to all.

Each member serves on one or more committees. Committees include Finance, Communication, and Development. It is each committee's responsibility to work on special projects and report to the board on the progress. School Board members are elected to three-year terms, and members can be elected to two successive terms. Elections are held in May for vacancies.

Specific ongoing fundraisers which are administered by the School Board and in which all parishioners are encouraged to participate in the on-going Manna Certificate and Market Day programs. Other annual fundraisers include the Sally Foster gift wrap, World's Finest Chocolate candy and the school Jog-a-Thon.

The Manna Certificate Program is a great, easy way to support the school.Purchase certificates for many retail, grocery, gas station, restaurants, and other shops and services. A percentage (usually 3-5%) of the certificate sale goes to St. Bart's School, at no extra cost to you. Certificates are available for purchase during the school year at the school office from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; after 9:30 Sunday Mass, and at Market Day pick-up in Krueger Hall (usually the 3rd Saturday of the month).

Market Day is a food co-op program that provides high quality,
reasonably priced food items, from meats to side dishes to lunchbox favorites. Orders are placed monthly either through forms sent home from school (also available in church, rectory, and the school office), or online at marketday.com (St. Bartholomew School code: 3435). Online orders can be placed up to the Wednesday before pick up takes place in Krueger Hall on the third Saturday morning of the month. Ten percent of the sales goes to St. Bart's School.
