In order for your registration to be considered complete, you must submit the registration form, pay the registration fee and enroll in Facts.

St. Bartholomew School follows the State of Illinois guideline regarding the age requirement of a September 1st cut-off date with no exceptions.

- Completion of a registration form
- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Copy of the child's baptismal certificate (where applicable)
- Request for transfer of records from previous school
- Compliance with school code regarding medical/dental records
Step 2 - Registration
- Payment of the non-refundable registration fee of $100 per family
- Enrollment in a Facts tuition payment plan online.factmgt.com

- In accordance with state law, families must follow these enrollment guidelines:
- To enter Kindergarten, the student must be 5 years old by 9/1/22
- To enter Pre-K, the student must be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/22
